Redondo Beach is nestled peacefully along the Pacific Ocean, 18
miles southwest of downtown Los Angeles and 7 miles south of Los
Angeles International Airport. Redondo Beach is served by a full
range of excellent schools, including eight public elementary, two
middle and one 4-year high school, plus a large number of private
schools. Major employers include TRW Defense/Space/Electronics Group,
Web Service Company, Inc., Computax, Microtek Lab, Inc., NavCom,
Nordstrom and Imperial Bank.
Redondo TechCenter is located one block from the Redondo Beach Pier
and only a five minute walk to the Strand in Hermosa Beach. It's
just a five minute drive from Manhattan Beach.
TechCenter's neighbor directly across the street to the South is
the beautiful Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach & Marina Hotel (http://redondobeach.crowneplaza.com/)
and a short walk away is Portofino Hotel & Yacht Club (www.hotelportofino.com)
right on the water's edge.
A number of fine restaurants and casual dining eateries are within
walking distance from TechCenter, including The Chart House,
The Cheesecake Factory, Ruby's Diner, The Blue Moon Saloon, Subway,
Carl's Jr. and many others. Grabbing lunch is not an issue when
TechCenter is your home. You can also grab your groceries on the
way home with Albertson's and Whole Foods in the neighborhood.
For those who want to do a little shopping on their lunch hour,
a quick drive in the car will bring you to Redondo's shopping gem:

Ocean" to 811 North Catalina Avenue, Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
Conveniently located only a few miles off the San Diego Freeway
(405), the Redondo TechCenter is a two-minute walk from the beach
and only a seven mile drive from Los Angeles International Airport.
From the North - Take the 405: Exit on Inglewood Ave. and
take a right onto Inglewood Ave. Go West on 190th, proceed West
on 190th Street. Turn left onto Pacific Coast Highway and make
your first right onto North Catalina Avenue. Redondo TechCenter
is a few blocks down on your right-hand side.
From the South - Take the 405:
Exit on Inglewood Ave. and take a left onto Inglewood Ave. Go
West on 190th, proceed West on 190th Street. Turn left onto Pacific
Coast Highway and make your first right onto North Catalina Avenue.
Redondo TechCenter is a few blocks down on your right-hand side.
From
LAX: Exit LAX southbound on Sepulveda Boulevard (Highway One).
Proceed south on Sepulveda Boulevard for approximately seven miles.
Turn right onto North Catalina Avenue (right after the Redondo
Beach King Harbor Sign…you can't miss it). Redondo TechCenter
is a few blocks down on your right-hand side.
